If the two were not taken exactly the same way, line them up first: lay one over the other and move, turn, resize and fade it, or mark the same four points on both and choose 2D (turn and resize) or 3D (also stretch for a different angle). Then find changes: the app outlines the places that really look different (not tiny colour or light differences) on both pictures, you can delete outlines or draw your own, and save a PDF report.
