Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Form Ira Android app ("the App"), to be published by Trishunya Infotech ("we", "us"), handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. Form Ira is an offline form and inspection app that opens .fiti form files, lets you complete them in the field, and saves each result as a portable .fitim archive on your device.

Pre-release draft. Form Ira has not been released yet. This page describes how the app is designed to handle data and will be reviewed and finalised before the app is published. If anything changes - for example a new third-party service - this page will be updated first.

1. Accounts & identity

Form Ira has no accounts and no login. It is designed to run entirely offline.

2. Information the App handles

Form definitions (.fiti files) you load, and the inspections you complete (.fitim files) including typed answers, photos, signatures, voice memos, GPS and sensor readings you choose to record. All of it is stored on your device in a \Formira\ folder structure. Form Ira does not send inspection data to any server. Files leave your device only when you share or export them yourself.

3. Permissions the App requests, and why

Permission	Purpose
Camera	Photo fields in a form.
Microphone	Voice-memo fields, only when a form uses one.
Location (foreground)	GPS fields in a form, only when a form uses one.
Motion sensors	Sensor-capture fields (for example accelerometer logging), only when a form uses one.
Files / storage access	Opening .fiti forms and saving .fitim submissions to the folders you choose.

The App does not request access to your contacts, SMS or call log. Permissions that are not essential are requested only when you use the feature that needs them, and the App continues to work if you decline them.

4. Third-party services

Form Ira is designed to need no third-party network services for its core features. Any ad, analytics or crash-reporting service added before release will be listed here first.

5. Data retention and deletion

Data stored on your device can be deleted at any time from within the App, or removed entirely by uninstalling it. Files you have exported or shared with other apps are outside the App's control once they leave it.

6. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

7. Security

We aim to keep your data on your device and to use encrypted connections for any data that is sent over a network. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including at release and whenever features or third-party services are added. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
