These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Form Ira Android application ("the App"), to be provided by Trishunya Infotech ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Pre-release draft. Form Ira has not been released yet. This page describes how the app is designed to handle data and will be reviewed and finalised before the app is published. If anything changes - for example a new third-party service - this page will be updated first.

1. What the App does

Form Ira is an offline form and inspection app that opens .fiti form files, lets you complete them in the field, and saves each result as a portable .fitim archive on your device. It is intended for inspectors, auditors and field teams who collect structured data where there is no signal. How the App handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Licence to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App for your personal or professional use, subject to these Terms.

3. Time integrity is best-effort

Form Ira cross-checks the device clock against hardware uptime to help detect clock changes, but no app running on a phone you control can guarantee a timestamp is untampered. Treat its time checks as a safeguard, not as a certified time-stamping service.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trishunya Infotech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - including loss of data, loss of business or harm arising from reliance on the App's output - arising from your use of the App. Use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual property

The App's software, design and compiled content are owned by Trishunya Infotech and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you create or import with the App remains yours.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile or misuse the App, to use it in any way that is unlawful, or to use it to infringe the rights of any third party.

8. Changes to the App or these Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any of its connected services, in whole or in part, at our discretion.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
