Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Image Swiss Knife Android application and web version ("the App"), provided by Trishunya Infotech ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What the App does

Image Swiss Knife is a free image and file utility app that works on your device. How the App handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The App is free and is supported by ads (Google AdMob in the Android app, Google AdSense in the web version). The web version needs an internet connection to open. A rewarded video may switch ads off for a limited time.

2. Licence to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App for your personal or professional use, subject to these Terms.

Member (invite) codes are personal. They may not be sold, published or shared in bulk, and we may withdraw a membership that is misused. Ad-free welcome time is given once per device, and removing a membership ends any ad-free time that was running at that moment.

4. Your files and results

You are responsible for the photos and files you process and for having the right to use them. Results of the forensics tools are indicators only and are not proof. Document scanning and text recognition may contain mistakes; please check them before relying on them. Some tools use on-device models that are downloaded on first use, and their results can also be wrong. "Re" is a fictional mascot.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trishunya Infotech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - including loss of data, loss of business or harm arising from reliance on the App's output - arising from your use of the App. Use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual property

The App's software, design, artwork, the character "Re", sounds and compiled content, in the Android app and in the web version, are owned by Trishunya Infotech and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved. You may not copy, mirror, republish, resell or redistribute the App or any part of it, and you may not host the web version or its files on another website. Content you create or import with the App remains yours.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy or misuse the App, not to block or avoid its ads, not to use it in any way that is unlawful, and not to use it to infringe the rights of any third party.

9. Changes to the App or these Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any of its connected services, in whole or in part, at our discretion.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
